Complex Subject ... Simple Message ... Interesting presentation. I wish all regular school/college lectures could be like this :). Let me know you thoughts on this.
Wow....awesome presentation!! Not only do i wish too that school/college presentations be like this....I hope that for a start... at least a few series once in a while do get incorporated. And this message needs to get across to all people....really well put.
I, on the other hand, am not so sure. I can't judge this based on how much I understood, because I had already seen a TED talk presenting these results and talking about wikipedia. So, I already knew what he is talking about and could spare my attention to looking at all the artwork, which was really quite fun to see. I'm not sure it would've worked so well for a presentation where the passing the content along is also important. Would I have understood things so well had I not known the content already? pata naheen. I have a feeling I might've got lost in admiring the artwork and the 'style' of presentation rather than understanding the content. Too much distraction for me, probably. Obviously, that doesn't mean that the person who added this amazing video to the presentations audio didn't do an awesome job. Some pretty good imagery/drawing/ideas there. Really fun.
well the distraction part may be true only for a few initial lectures say....u know...the introductory ones. I don't see why the later ones cant be impact-full....but ..then again.....u need to experience it to know that!
