This one's called "Shukno Lanka" or "Dry red chillies". Till now, I have only heard/read good things about it, including good performances.....

The trailer does not say much...but with the praise as above...I would like to go watch it (let's see if I can make it).

ReplyDeleteyep... 3 national awards.. including one for probably his first movie "Mrigaya"... He has actually always had the reputation of being a very good actor, just not in Bollywood movies, where probably no one had that reputation during the 80s.. in the mainstream Bollywood, anyway... the "good acting" thing was part of the "parallel cinema" movement rather than mainstream...
